Can we get our money back from a motel?

So we are staying at this motel and there are ants EVERYWHERE the toilet is leaking all over the bathroom floor and the shower goes from scorching hot to freezing every ten seconds. The housekeeper came and sprayed bug spray all over the bathroom and the ants are back, they are even in our bed and there are also spiders. This is totally unacceptable
