Housing subsidies out of control?

While you may have a point the owners of the condos are to blame for applying for section 8 permits .. You may find a developer that got into trouble financially and this is their money maker ... I doubt you will find it was built for the purpose of public housing .. Check the building permits and zoning .. Someone paid for all those amenities which means someone is making money off the scheme ...
